Ebooks

When your payment clears you get a private download link that expires after a short window and a limited number of downloads. It's for you and your household; please don't re-upload or resell it. Lost your link? Ask and it will be reissued free.

Because a digital file can't be returned, ebook sales are final. If a file is faulty or won't open, it gets fixed or fully refunded.

Events

Online events send a joining link by email once paid. In-person events send a ticket to show at the door. Cancel more than 48 hours before the start and you get a full refund; after that, your ticket can move to another date. If an event is cancelled by us, everyone is refunded in full.

One-on-one sessions

Sessions are paid when booked. Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before. These are peer conversations from lived experience: warm, honest and practical, but not medical, psychological or legal advice.

Community

The forum is moderated. No cure-selling, no abuse, no naming other people's children. Posts that break that are hidden, and accounts that keep doing it are removed.

Payments

Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. Card details never touch this site.
